How to pick a T-shirt size: measure your own first

Boxy and cropped tees are the easiest to get wrong. Lay your best-fitting tee flat, measure chest, length and shoulder, then compare with our flat measurements. Includes a height/weight chart and what our model wears.

Measure the one you wear most

Lay it flat on a table, smooth but not stretched. Measure three things:

ABC
A
Shoulder: seam to seam
B
Length: from the highest point by the collar down to the hem
C
Chest: armpit to armpit, one side

Compare with the flat measurements

Every product page lists flat measurements. Compare your numbers: 2 cm more across the chest means it fits 2 cm wider than yours. "Compare with your own" under the size table does the maths for each size.

Sizing up a boxy tee mostly adds width

Take the Short Boxy Tee: chest for M/L/XL is 62/64/66, 2 cm per size; length is 65/66/67, only 1 cm per size. Size up for a wider, more dropped look; the length barely changes.

Nothing to measure? Use the height and weight chart

Every style has a height/weight chart (for the Short Boxy Tee it's the maker's guide, with overlaps decided by how it fit us).Model 172 cm / 63 kg, wearing L · Relaxed.

FAQ

Between two sizes?
Size down for a closer fit, up for a looser one. The Batwing Boxy Tee runs large; size down if you want it closer.
How accurate are the measurements?
They're measured by hand, with 1–3 cm tolerance (per the maker).
Will a cotton tee shrink?
Cotton may shrink 1–2 cm after washing; that's normal. Care as listed: inside out, cold gentle wash, dry flat, no tumble dry.
What if the size is wrong?
Message us and we'll swap it. See Returns & 7-day cooling-off for the rules.
